Horrible experience. They don’t answer questions over the phone about their bookkeeping and tax services. You can’t even set up an initial appointment on that first call. They require you to leave a message so they can screen the message and “determine” if they’re taking on new clients or not (as was explained to me by the admin who answered my call) which sounds very peculiar, extremely biased and excluding.
