My nan received appalling care here. She was kept in her bed in a white square room 24/7. They never got her out of bed, never sat her in a communal area. They gave her her dinner in the bed too. Constantly alone. Constantly staring at the same wall. Unable to do as much as change the TV channel. We moved her out after 3 weeks. Teeth not brushed. Prisoners get better. Disgraceful. No wonder it’s now named “Poop cottage” by so many!
Absolute disgrace running with local immigration in shed in the garden. Bullied ex colleagues and posting residents pictures on social media. Owners have run this place into the ground disgusting! Staff have worked here 20 years plus and you have treat them disgusting just to cut costs and loose great working caring people you should be ashamed
