Our daughter has been at the Rooney Ranch Kindercare for almost 2 years now (since she was ~14 months) and we love it! The teachers truly care about the kids and have so many fun, age-appropriate activities for them to do everyday! Our kids have been at KinderCare for over 5 years and we have had the best experience. The Directors at this location create a welcoming and family friendly environment. The KinderCare team is truly parent friendly and provides the flexibility and support needed to make the center a comfortable and valuable fit for our family. Absolutely love this place! All the staff is wonderful and I love seeing my nieces thrive! There is so much positivity and happiness in the center. Thank you to all staff for everything you do!
I debated for almost a year about leaving this review. After seeing how much my daughter is thriving at a different daycare, I feel obligated to share our experience so other parents can make an informed decision. I do not recommend this daycare. Within the three months my daughter attended, we experienced repeated administrative errors, poor communication, and several situations that raised serious concerns about basic infant care and supervision.
