Amazing services, works with you very well and takes your time very seriously
I live in Siskiyou county and this firm is advertised as doing business out of Mt. Shasta, Ca. in the south county area. I called about a guardianship issue and gave details and contact information to the receptionist over the phone, yet 3 days later have still not yet received a return call from an attorney for the free consultation offered. Wasted my time, unprofessional - never got to speak to any attorney, while their unprofessional "staff" just kept telling me someone would call me back. Disgusting.
