Didn’t have a very good experience with Roomz. The customers service is not very honest nor does they stand behind their products ...I had a couch and love seat delivered…The legs to each piece was in a plastic bag. where as I found one of the legs broken in the bag… I immediately called the store and even went to the location.. I was told they had to order from the warehouse and it would take a week to come in. But never heard back. I absolutely love this place great quality furniture so many beautiful items to choose from and great prices . Customer service was excellent, Ms. Jackie is awesome & im grateful for her help . I also want to show my appreciation to Amour for making my pick up services easy and closer to home. I would definitely recommend 10/10.
