I bought my bed from them and it looked great in the catalog. But when the bed came and it was all put together, I noticed a few flaws. The wood is cheaply made and shavings fall. The wooden slats that supposedly supports the mattress constantly pops out of their plastic harnesses. The actual frame that connects the headboard and the base of the bed, has a leg that goes right down the middle of a wooden beam that the drawers slide on.
