Where's my furniture???!!!!! – I purchased some bedroom furniture from room store July 8th!!! I was told that my headboard would be delayed (2weeks). Two weeks came and went and I hadn't heard anything from them. I followed up and was told it would not be there until the 8th of August!!! At this point I'm LIVID!!! I spoke with the manager and he offered free delivery for my inconveniences. They're on commission! – My fiance and I are looking to buy a new mattress. Two weeks ago we began our search and we stopped into a few furniture places down capital blvd. The first place we stopped was at Roomstore. The woman greeted us and asked how she could be of help. We were laying on all sorts of mattresses and trying them out. horrible customer service – This was my first AND LAST purchase at the room store. When I made my purchase I got the delivery, which was not cheap. I thought it was odd they wanted me to write out direction and did not tell me the start location. I suggested they use Google maps. The sleeper sofa came for delivery on time but there were issues. Okay furniture, don't expect any help after your warranty. – I purchased a Wexford table and six chairs from the Roomstore on Capital Blvd. in November of 2007. The service at the time of purchase was very good. When I bought the table, the delivery was set up promptly and set up was done with no problems. I didn't even have to wait very long. A day, maybe?
