We visited this store in January 2018, and bought a bedroom set for our kids. One of the items, a horizontal bookshelf, was not available at the time. They guaranteed that this would be delivered separately later, and we prepaid for it, together with the rest of the order. The timeline for delivery came and went and there was no delivery or contact from the store.
