We purchased a patio set that the buttons kept breaking off the pillows. The set was eventually discontinued and the store offered to replace the set we just had to come in and choose one. After picking out another set we were told that the warranty was not transferable. They wanted another $400 (optional of course). I’m not happy that I had to pay more because they had an inferior product. I wasn’t at fault.

Our salesperson, Ms. Minaei, was very patient and offered several ideas we hadn't thought of until we had a plan and could move forward confidently with our order.
Zahra, was a welcoming change. Asking the right questions, helping with my thoughts of hesitation when it came it measurements. Zahra was understanding with my maintenance expectations, overall she painted the visual that secured my confidence I made the right decisions.
