Warranty is worth it. Have a new couch upgraded coming in via the warranty Old couch was non-repairable put the cost of the old couch to it to new couch. Good thing we had the warranty store manager and associate J were awesome. Extremely helpful

we purchased a sectional couch on 02/26 delivery was set for 02/27 cancelled day of and rescheduled 02/28 and again day of delivery cancelled whole situation has been an inconvenience, i am very upset just cause we have 3 kids and a weekend with no couch due selling ours since delivery was set from the beginning dispatch was no help and hung up on me. just be aware of delivery
