Bought outdoor furniture with a Fortegra warranty for 3 years. Cost was $300 and salesperson claimed Fortegra would honor warranty for any stains the furniture would incur. Made a claim and Rooms to Go sent a technician to come see furniture and he immediately stated yes, furniture indeed has stains and would be replaced. He stated all cushions would be replaced and would delivered. I receive a phone 10 days later stating the claim was denied. Stated the technician wrote a report contrary to what he told me.
