I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. In January 2020 we purchased a sofa/loveseat from Rooms to Go in Fort Myers. As snowbirds we use our condo only six months of the year. In less than two years we have found the fabric coming apart above the piping on ten adjoining squares, including areas on the crack where no one sits. When we complained to Rooms to Go they put us in touch with Fortegra Warranty to invoke the manufacturer’s warranty. I had the worst retail experience of my life, trying to buy patio furniture; a couch and two matching swivel chairs from Rooms To Go Patio in Kennesaw, GA. I will NEVER shop there again. I recommend you NOT shop there either. I bought a 3 piece patio set in April 2021, I paid for it in full of $3600. It was delivered by 2 wonderful delivery menon July 23, but the furniture had NO CUSHIONS. Everyone was so nice, the sales people were friendly and helpful. We love our furniture and the experience we had here. We will come back.
This is the first and the last time to deal with rooms to go, they are un professional, they delivered our tv table over three deliveries and it hasnt been properly installed uptill not for over a month because they always keep forgetting to deliver the correct assembelies, now they are taking the tb table back after we lost three month and now we have to start the whole cucle again with another store I am so disappointed that such a huge store has this level of customer service I totally do not recommend them I have had the... read more
