Staff is a little pushy I like the furniture and the prices but the staff seems very eager to make those few extra bucks. I also think that delivery should be included in the price, instead of added. Especially since theiry warehouse isn't local and everything has to be delivered.
Not the best for furniture. I have been in this store several times looking to find furniture. I found their sales associates to be helpful, but also pushy to make a sale. I honestly feel like their furniture is overpriced. I didn't find anything that I just really loved either.
No problem for me! I had an EXCELLENT experience with R2G. I bought a sofa sleeper. It was delivered exactly when promised, wrapped securely and set up. I finally replaced an Ethan Allen sleeper after 38 years and 2 mattresses. I looked at many options. For the price, the R2G quality was superior. And yes, I had my issues with customer service. But everything was handled. And they exceeded my expectations! I couldn't be happier.
Terrible Don't buy anything here unless you have hours to spend on the phone correcting the problems. They delivered poor quality, broken merchandise and wanted me to keep it! They offered to send a service technician to repiar, but who wants to fix junk. Not the stores fault - Rooms to GO customer serivce is handled outside the store and it stinks.

Awful cusomter service, pushy sales First let me say that I do love the sofa/loveseat combo and tables I got from this store. But that's the only plus. I gave this salesman a big fat sale, lots of stuff, but he still tried to sneak an extra $60.00 "warranty" on my bill. He got irritated and rude when I asked to please remove that charge from my bill. He muttered, "I told you about the warranty..." to which I replied, "Yes, but you didn't tell me it cost $60.00." carolyn smith I bought a living room suit from "Rooms to Go" in Madison TN., out by Rivergae Mall. I spent over $5000.00 with these people. When the furniture was delivered, my ottman was broken and a lamp was broken. I was told these items were out of stock; therefore, I would need to pick out something else. Bought a bedroom suite from here and needless to say it was the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. Not only did it take them 3 times to get all the pieces delivered because they were either damaged or not on the truck when they came. Then when they finally got all the furniture there they didn't install the mirror on the dresser and didn't even leave the screws so I could do it myself. Don't shop here unless you want to buy disposable furniture that lasts less than three years. Called the store and they referred me to their customer service department, which was an 800 number. Bottom line they don't care at either location, customer service or local store. The sad part is that the chair was hardly used during that period of time, can't imagine what condition it would be in if it had been.
