Sell bad products, don't bother to fix it I purchased a couch/love seat set in January 2012. By January 2013 the springs on one cushion of the couch were popping loose and the cushion was caving in when anyone would sit. I called the customer service department and had 1 or 2 days left on my warranty. They said they'd send someone out and because I called before the warranty was up any issue would be dealt with. WRONG NUMBER The information on this site is incorrect. Rooms to go's phone number for grapevine texas is 214-513-8550. This website needs to make sure that they have their phone numbers and addresses correct down to a tee Because i have been getting phone calls for rooms to go for the past six months of having this number. I have an average of about 37 phone calls a day from people looking for rooms to go. Mrs. V 09/09/08'I've been reading so many bad reviews about Rooms To Go on the net and yet my entire home is totally decorated with all Rooms To Go furniture, so you know they have made many trips to my house and yet I have no complaints. Unhappy with Quality & Service I bought the furniture. It took them weeks to get it in so that it could be delivered. Within three weeks the bed broke. They said they would come out to fix it 8 days later, then called the day before saying could not make it so they reschedule the appointment. No one will be here when they come because What am I suppose to do, sleep on the floor?
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO... I purchased $7902.10 for a Cindy Crawford leather living room suite (sofa, loveseat, recliner, chair and 2 ottomans) + another chair/ottoman at the Grapevine, Texas store. We thoroughly inspected the showroom suite from top to bottom and apparently the furniture received is NOT of the same quality as shown in stores. Next day delivery is a LIE, as well as their "life-time" extended warranty that was purchased, which apparently the warranty only covers the frames and NOTHING ELSE...which IS... read more
Rooms To Go All of this stuff is made in China. It is sub par manufacture. they use inferior glues and pressboard ( wood shavings glued) when you screw things into pressboard they wallow out and cause the hinge to come loose or the springs to become mis aligned and of course the bedding is for a dog not a human. Your sofa will not hold it's shape and will lump or flatten in a very short time. The leather is dyed poorly and will wear by moving your head on it. Stay Away Stay away from this company and if you have a problem post delivery it will be the buyers issue. They provide ZERO support and the furniture is of crappy quality so you will have a problem. Customer service is a list of what they canât do so beware.
Rooms To Go is a Customer Service DISASTER! I purchased 3 rooms of furniture from rooms to go, a living, dining and a bedroom. I spent a considerable amount of money. The sales person I dealt with was great. However; once I left the salesroom floor, my experience has been the exact opposite. The next day delivery line is a lie. It was a week before I could get MOST of my furniture and another 6 weeks before I could get the rest of it. Once I received the first delivery of furniture, two pieces were damaged.
