Quite some time ago, we had purchsed a Fraser recliner from RTG based on another consultant on the web; we went into Boca Raton and Christion knew he was just helping a couple who had already bought, but nonetheless he did so with grace and enthusiasm. We needed another recliner today, so my wife went into Boca Raton and found Christion and bought another! Great guy, great store.
