Please do not buy here, i bought a ivory color sofa and they deliver it in aqua color. I try to talk on the phone and they don't try to help me, i came at the store and I'm looking for the sales person for 30.minutes. she is not coming. Bad Customer Service The docked stars are for the service. Our salesperson, Adam, was nice. He was generally upbeat and patient. He was exceedingly apologetic for the turmoil Rooms to Go gave us. Adam is not the issue. My issue is with the customer service, and general incompetency that seems to be rampant after you purchase an item. We bought two chairs for our living room here. I shopped 3 times in last 3 months and I had mixed experience with 3 different sales man. The best was Mr. Nomani. Very accommodating, understanding our needs, gave good suggestions and even after hours he was not rushing us. I would recommend ask for Nomani. Earlier the other sales man was rushing us because he was helping one more customer at the same time on sales event and he even told to decide quickly as he is loosing commission.
My sales person is NOMANI and he has always been very patient and helpful. We have been purchasing all our home furniture at this store and location. The quality of the furniture is great for the price. There is a style for every taste!!!
I am loving the great vibe of service when you come into this location. Mr. Carlos has been a great help to me, with getting my furniture. I feel very good with the bed I purchased. This is the service you want to have when buying good home goods.

My delivery window was on Wednesday between 2-6 PM. At 7:36 PM, they called saying that it's raining hard, not every piece has plastic covering, and if I take delivery and the furniture is damaged, I will not be able to exchange it. I told them to cancel the delivery and let them know that I need the furniture delivered on Saturday because I'm scheduled to work on Thursday and Friday.
