they have the worst customer service people are rude and could careless... delivery people will damage your furniture in the driveway due to them not caring. after all its not their headache to have to fix and its job security for them.... we did figure out the warranty is much better if you order online and skip buying in the store....

We moved to the area a few months ago and have purchased a lot of furniture from this store. We’re very pleased with all of it- great value for the money. Our salesman, Dave, has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time we have dealt with him either in/person or over the phone

This is the quality of RTG furniture - very poor. When you call to ask assistance they give you a mean and rude costumer service supervisor Carlos Babelo 🤬 I am not asking for anything but just assistance in the disposal of their VERY poor product that even charity agencies do not want!!!!

Great selection and prices! Chris was super helpful and wasn’t overbearing! He let us shop and then let us come to him when we were ready to make our purchase. He also gave us options on the delivery price to make it where we were comfortable with the final price! Overall a great experience at this location! They are always awesome to deal with!
Quick and easy process. Bill was very helpful and accommodating and made the experience less nerve wrecking and more enjoyable.
Horrible customer service, wrong order delivery after we wait more than a month and then another month to replace them, manager at the store the worse and the seller as well, 2nd time we bought there and in both bad experience, this is it no more rooms to go for us, they don’t take any responsibility not at the store and not on the phone, manager supposed to call me back and it’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My couch didn’t hold up at all only after 2 years. Then they call during this time because I’m a little late.
We bought several rooms of furniture for our new home and purchased the warranty as well. Warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on! Purchased Cindy Crawford cream color power recliner that is not even a year old. The leather has worn off the area that you rest your head and warranty personnel informed us that it is called “fading” which is not covered. I am angry and disappointed!!!
