Buyer BEWARE - Inspect EVERYTHING bought from this company thoroughly BEFORE accepting delivery !! "Rooms For Less" DOES NOT stand behind what they sell. Once you receive delivery you are stuck with it. Poor craftsmanship of goods, bad finishes, items not properly manufactured / broken on arrival. Questionable Sales techniques. Sales staff is nice until you have a problem or try to return something that was not correct.
Best shopping experience ever!!! My family and I just moved from NJ to TN and we did not bring ANY furniture. From the very first time I contacted them, Steve and Tiffany stayed in constant contact with me, either by phone or email, making sure that my new home would be furnished when we arrived and it WAS! We love our furniture, the employees were friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend Furniture Connection for ALL of your household furnishings.
