Sales people are very courteous. My problem is the extended warranty I bought. Our recliner broke twice now. The first time it was within the one year time frame. The first time we had to take the chair to the warehouse to be repaired. The second time it was 4 months past that warranty. I contacted the extended warranty company in January. They did not have an open appointment till March. It is now May 15th and I am still waiting on parts. When the parts arrive I will then have to call the warranty company and make an appoin... read more
