Great service. Staff always helpful. Wish they had more product.
Purchased a memory foam mattress topper sausaged in a box. Opened it up and it hasn’t flattened or expanded almost 2 weeks later. As a clearing centre it says no refunds or exchanges so they told us to go to manufacturer as it is defective. Manufacturer won’t exchange it because Rooms & Spaces is still operating! $254.00 down the drain! Thanks for the non customer service! Manufacturer also stated they are affiliated with Toys R Us!
The staff at this store are very rude and racist. I kept getting looked at and followed around. When I was cashing out, I kept getting starred at and getting dirty looks from the employees. When I asked a question, they were responding in a very unprofessional way. I'm never coming back here again.
Great deals! Went on a weekend when everything was 50% off, even sale/clearance items. Store is clean, organized and staff were friendly.
Not bad. Lots of selection of home decor and kitchen items. However, for an outlet, the prices are quite higher then you would think, so be weird. I was told by the employees working here that this location was previously the one over on Stone Church and Redhill Parkway and it moved here and it turned into an outlet. While I am glad the items are slightly cheaper, they are still a bit expensive unfortunately.
