I got a Christmas present from this company. I had to open the box to try it. I didnt like the item. It wasnt cookware or anything that was damaged or dirty and they wouldn't give me my money back. It was brought back in the time frame for Christmas returns. The lady argued with me that no store does returns. Well just so you are aware, i went to chapters to return a product and was refunded no questions asked. Terrible customer service and horrible policies. 200 dollars on an item i didnt like.
