Great experience from start to finish. Ordered a moose racing inner tube made in USA . Was sent a repackaged out of box IRC brand made in Thailand. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused. Terrible way to handle paying customers that already had to wait 2 weeks to receive the wrong item to begin with.
Michael is extremely knowledgeable about my bike, sled.. any power sport toy really. But even more he’s positive, trustworthy, loyal, and an all around amazing human being!
