The owner went out of his way to help me out just before I was going on a adventure bike trip doing a bdr out west. Very honest and straight forward. I will be doing business here again.
Mike is very knowledgeable and wonderful at making sure you have exactly what you need! If he doesn’t have something you’re looking for, he gets it coming for you! We will absolutely be back and continue to support this small town, locally owned, business!
Great experience from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what exactly I wanted or even what all the options were, but Michael took the time to walk me through my options, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. He never rushed the process and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. The helmet is perfect and the quality is excellent. I really appreciate the time and effort he put in… highly recommend working with him!
They treat me right on all purchases! I do all my Motorsport parts and accessory shopping with Rooma Zoom!
Ordered a moose racing inner tube made in USA . Was sent a repackaged out of box IRC brand made in Thailand. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused. Terrible way to handle paying customers that already had to wait 2 weeks to receive the wrong item to begin with.
