Great store with knowledgable staff and beautiful selections. Never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything and the advice was great!
As always great experience purchasing my new table at Room Concepts. Marcie could not have been more helpful. I was going from a counter height table (also bought here in 2011- still in perfect condition and gifted to a friend) to a more traditional table as the family has grown. It is beautiful in the space and expands with the self-stowing leaf to accommodate all of us! I look forward to many wonderful family dinners!
Based on prior Google reviews, we decided to check out Room Concepts for new dining room, living room and bedroom furniture. We loved the selection of solid wood and American and Canadian manufactured furniture and the ability to customize our selection. We spent several hours with Deb finalizing our choices. She was extremely helpful and patient. We are looking forward to receiving our Amish- made dining tables and chairs and bedroom set and new recliner and Smith Bros sectional in a couple of months for our new home!
Justin at Room Concepts did a great job Helping us purchase a dining room table and chairs. He's very knowledgeable and very patient and definitely knows and understands the business. We would recommend him to anybody in the market for furniture. We will go back to him as we have additional needs.
