We had the best experience talking with Justin. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about providing high quality products to his customers. He was honest about the timeline that the pieces we were interested in would take. We appreciated the candidness in regards to how he thought the products would fit our needs. We tried 20+ furniture stores before this one and none of them came close to Room Concept’s quality or services.
