I am very disappointed in my $3K Sofa. As you can see with the picture the seat cusions are not aligned with the edge. This happened just months after i bought it last year. The Sofa is not used very much, given only two of us here. I did call the number the Owner sent me and i was given a link to a Video showing me how to strsughten out the ribbing. Got here at 6:20pm, store closes at 7pm. The lady kept on reminding me that they are closing soon. Asked for swatches, she lazily pointed me to the drawer full of them, then reminded me they don’t work on commission. Lady do you want to sell anything?! I was ready to buy a few things as need the for the new place, but service and friendliness were a huge disappointment. Crate & Barell here I come…

Their craftsmen adjusted the legs to match my existing chairs at no extra cost. Delivery guys maneuvered it up my tricky stairwell without a scratch.
