Very good service. Although expensive, still want to buy living room furnitures here.
Walked in to the Back Bay store to browse and consider purchasing a new office chair, small side tables and other furniture items for some newly renovated rooms in our house since I have an account after purchasing some furniture from the online store for which the delivery and set up were impeccable. Im not going to put 1 star because the people are nice and what they sell is of quality but I was sold a pillow for 35$ then the second same pillow online, I was told from the person selling it to me because they didn’t have it in stock. Ask for Jeffrey Swindlehurst for design help. At this point Jeffrey has helped us decorate most of a condo. When we first came to Boston he used our floor plans to make a 3d render and suggested layouts that we hadn't considered. He was able to deftly consider our taste and integrate existing furniture into the design. His designs and suggestions were, across the board, excellent.
