I shopped Room & Board about a year ago before without issue. However, I have been less than impressed with my most recent experience. Their quality control needs some serious work. I ordered a set of the Beam modular bookcases. Every unit I received had an issue with the finish or had a chip/dent/scratch. I waited two weeks over the holidays for them to be replaced. Every replacement unit had an issue! Customer service only offered a very small amount of compensation compared to what I paid. I had no desire to wait another ... read more
