These people are incredibly unhelpful. I wish they still hired people with a design background instead of the current batch of morons.
We've bought about 6pcs from R&B over the years and have typically had great service and the furniture has been high quality. Our last experience, however, was not good. Purchased a leather couch and upon delivery, one of the cushions had a small cut. Called up R&B, they said "No problem, we will schedule to have the COUCH replaced." So far, great response. Two weeks later, delivery people show up at the door (wife was at home) and say "Here's your replacement CUSHION.". Not a new couch, just the cushion. This wasn't what we... read more
Initially really excited about our couch. We went to this location, tested out several options and decided on a Fia. Less than a year later (7 months) we noticed several depression spots and wrinkling. When a customer service person came out he asked if we used it daily. I thought it was an odd question, are we not supposed to sit on it? I told him I sat on it one to two times a day for meals. His response was "if you use it daily, this is expected". BUYER BEWARE: Even though the table we bought was beautiful upon arrival, sadly it did not last. The varnish almost immediately started coming off after completely normal dining table usage. When I contacted customer service, they said it “looked dry” and recommended I use citrus oil. I used citrus oil and the problem only seemed to get worse. When I contacted customer service again, now they told me there was “too much moisture” which can happen from using citrus oil and that I would need to refinish the table myself. The t... read more
