We ordered a £20,000 phone booth for our company from Room which they later agreed to cancel. Following that, they never actually refunded us (and of course didn't deliver the phone booth). So now as a small company they've got our £20,000 they've stopped replying to our emails. Would recommend staying far clear from this bunch of criminals. I'd give negative stars if possible.
My experience ordering from ROOM has been absolutely horrendous. I ordered 3 phone booths and all 3 of them came damaged with missing pieces. I am unable to use 2 of the phone booths because the pieces to install the desks are missing. Customer service literally takes 24 hours to respond and if they do respond they'll provide the vaguest answers. Once you order, you will not receive tracking information. Then surprise!
