Perhaps if Ron had done something for us, I could give him an honest review. But after making an appointment to replace our two front auto seat covers, two months away, he called out of the blue and said he had decided he didn't want to do the job. Super surprised-I'm not sure what his problem was. We had agreed on his price, selected fabric, and were excited to have our cool Honda Element all refurbished. This is not my idea of good service.
Got the price and agreed on what was to be done. Covers only .Thought that all was well he was to make the upholstery and that was it ,as we had agreed on. Then wanted extra money to work on seat foam and frame that I already had New replacements for . He agreed to make the covers then change his mind when he realized this particular upholstery was well above his skill level and tried making an excuse why he had to change the deal tried to charge hundreds of dollars more than the price we had agreed on for work that was unne... read more
