Been two weeks since I visited them with a description of what I wanted, measurements, and even picked a fabric out. It's for a basic boring pair of bench cushions, so nothing exotic. But I have yet to get a call or email with my promised quote, so they are not a very responsive business. They get 2 stars for having basic staff inside the place for taking down my order. I highly recommend contacting this place. I had a torn driver's seat (unfortunately I didn't take a photo before) and first I contacted another place, they told me that the car was old and they needed two weeks to find the fabric, then they asked for another week for it to arrive, I waited, after which they stopped answering calls and messages, I lost a month, and then I came to Ron, who did all the work right away, in two hours, without making up any stories, and for a nice price.
