Had a switch shipped to me didn't work sent for parts which I had to buy before they would send to me and it took 18 call and about four and half hours, after repairing the unit it still did not work,was in the field with the switch hooked up, three days on the phone and all they could say is that it was me that was the problem, they finally sent a new switch which I hooked up the same way and it worked ,they are over priced and for all of there statements about how good they are, that is product,service and staff they need ... read more
