Was asked where is the focus points. I said my middle back and lower back please. In response I get the Arms & Legs massaged. Barely touch my back at all - I was left confused. Don’t think I’ll back

I had an incredible massage here. I mentioned that my top shoulder and lower back were really hurting, and my masseuse focused exactly on those areas. She worked through the knots with such skill — it honestly felt like she was pulverising them in the best way possible. The release of tension and pain was amazing. I had a very upsetting experience here. During my session, the therapist used hot stones that were clearly too hot and ended up burning my skin. It was painful and completely avoidable. What made it worse was the lack of proper care afterward, there was no genuine concern, no real apology, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled.
