Best massage Ive ever had in my life
I had a very upsetting experience here. During my session, the therapist used hot stones that were clearly too hot and ended up burning my skin. It was painful and completely avoidable. What made it worse was the lack of proper care afterward, there was no genuine concern, no real apology, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled.
