Great staffing great selection of KTM Bike
took boat in for kicker motor install estimate and parts order. motor arrived, dropped off boat - correct install parts not ordered - 2 weeks without boat - also had fish finder sonar installed - doesn't power off so kills battery - zero communication - extremely disappointing - tech who did half baked install not available to discuss - not competent to do job so why did they agree to do it - got a "sorry" with no offer or suggestion to remedy the situation.....stay away
Bought a previously owned sled from Ronds recently, Polaris Assult 850. The service was fantastic, timely and through. Very impressed and will be bringing more business to the guys!
This post is long overdue. Rond's has been amazing to work with for many many years. Yesterday I was stuck in traffic and needed a fuel filter but wasn't going to get there till just after they were closed. I paid over the phone and asked if they could just attached the bag to the fence with my name on it and they did. This is just one of so many times they went above and beyond. The service department is awesome and accommodating. They have great techs who can actually trouble shoot and a team atmosphere where they all work... read more
