This review is about the bank generally, not this specific branch. This bank has the worst online interface of any company I have ever encountered. When you sign up for digital statements, instead of receiving them by email or having them available in the RSB online portal, you are forced to go to a third party portal where the statements are not labeled and sift through to find anything at all.
