Polite and helpful tellers. Solid customer service. But I can’t stress enough how BADLY they need a coin counting machine. Every other bank in the area has coin machines. Beyond that, they won’t accept your coins and change in a deposit unless it is rolled. It’s 2022! Get with the times RSB! Nobody has time to roll their change.
Very fast service and very kind bank tellers.
Racist liars , they lost a customer of 60+ years thanks to Barbara and her careless handling and stereotypical way of thinking of black people.
