I would not recommend Ronald Tomlins to anyone seeking legal representation. From the outset, we communicated our needs clearly and made repeated requests for in-person meetings, which he consistently declined in favor of phone calls only. Despite paying a significant retainer, our legal matter went unresolved. I would not recommend Mr. Tomlins to anyone. I hired Mr. Tomlins through my union to represent me in my case with Dutchess County Surrogates Court. His lack of communication and attention to my case was extreme. This was a very upsetting, frustrating, and costly experience. In the end, I filed the final papers myself.
