I truly hate writing bad reviews however this one needs to be written. Last year there was a filing error and thousands of dollars were not reported which was not our fault. I guess a 0 looks like an 8. I was the one to find this error. There has been many occasions in which we would ask a question to only get the wrong answer such as things for small businesses and seeing if we are eligible for tax credit for healthcare insurance.
