I was skeptical when I first contacted Ron Ruskin. Mainly because I thought his rate was the bait to lure the consumer in, and then nickel and dime them through the legal process. But I was anxious to file my divorce at the lowest cost possible, and gave it a shot. I found Ron to be professional, clear, concise, accurate, and accommodating. Ron was professional with me from the start. He is patient, he is kind, and he takes his responsibilities to his clients seriously. He was always available to answer any question I had and even walked me through things I was not educated about. If your looking to get dissolution or separation, then this is your guy.
The paperwork on the county website is ambiguous so I thought I’d hire this man to help. He called and asked me questions, filled out some of the papers, I filled out the rest. The ones he filled out had omissions and errors and were kicked back by the county. Now I have to start over, go get a notary to stamp the paper, drive back to the county building. Papers were prepared under a Limited Services Agreement where papers are done after a full interview by telephone. The client then files the papers "pro se" or representing themselves. I prepared the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Separation Agreement, and Final Judgment Entry Decree of Dissolution of Marriage- all items in our Lawyer-Client Agreement.
