Ron tried to charge 3.5% of probate AND non-probate assets to administer my father's estate. That would mean 3.5% of his retirement and other accounts that I've already done the work to transfer into my name. Please shop around to compare fees and find an attorney that charges hourly. Ron and his paralegal Michele were great . Quick but thorough. I have several commercial and residential properties , and LLC and a business. I needed an updated will, power of attorney and health care proxy for my self and my husband . I meet with Ron and he got all the details. Michele did lots of copying and notarizing. Would definitely recommend them.
