Ron tried to charge 3.5% of probate AND non-probate assets to administer my father's estate. That would mean 3.5% of his retirement and other accounts that I've already done the work to transfer into my name. Please shop around to compare fees and find an attorney that charges hourly. Ron's communication skills are abysmal. After receiving my father's will, he disappeared for two weeks, refusing to return calls and emails. RON HELPED ME SET UP A VERY COMPLICATED EASTATE PLAN.
