Very poor performance. Does not deliver what is promised. No proactive stance. Found out the hard way that we owe the IRS thousands of dollars. He basically dumped our tax papers in our laps with both his bill & the monies owed to IRS. No telephone calls or emails to alert us ahead of time as promised. Very disappointed. Gary B*********
