We had some concerns with our mortgage lender which appeared to be forcing us into a very disadvantageous loan modification with no apparent options for fear of foreclosure. SCAM! Spare yourself. They must pay from the naive people’s fund to promote this law firm. We made an inquiry and were prepared to pay an attorney. When we received a word doc contract with multiple grammatical errors that requested a $7500 retainer fee. The fee wasn’t the issue, the lack of professionalism on the forefront was disconcerting. Responded promptly declining that we would seek assistance elsewhere. See photo for a less than professional practice response to our decline of retaining Cutler.
