I needed a suit for a wedding and after a couple of stores I ended up at Ronald Allen. Thank goodness for that as my experience there was very good! The lady that helped me (Shanna?) exceeded my expectations of customer service. She made me feel comfortable and picked out the perfect suit and shoes. The alterations were quick and very well done. Fabulous experience! Best suit I’ve bought. Extremely friendly staff and super helpful to a young guy that doesn’t know much about suits. Ended up with a great suit and a better knowledge on what to look for in the future. And for a reasonable price! Definitely will be returning!
The bar for an amazing shopping experience has been raised and set by Shanna. I came in with my fiancée looking for a suit and was impressed by her professionalism and eye for style that fit exactly what I was looking for.
