Take a bow Attorney Ronald Annotico.. I received a ticket by Ohio Highway Patrol. I was accused of driving an 18 wheeler and texting. When the officer pulled me over I told him I wasn't texting. I was adjusting my GPS. I told him that he could go thru my phone records to check for phone usage. He refused and wrote the ticket any way.
