Took me a few prompts to get a response but once we were talking everything was brilliant. Well worth the wait. I felt right at home during their very impressive bike fit and after that everything was taken care of. Everyone there knew their stuff; very kind and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Disappointing customer service - stopped in to discuss an issue I was having with my brake pads, wanted a quick discussion to understand the likely cause of the problem prior to booking in for a service. Despite there being no one else in the shop at the time the bloke refused to discuss the problem and instead suggested I pay him £35 and return next Friday before we could have the discussion. I went to the bike shop down the street, within 10 minutes their mechanic had fixed the issue and i was on my way.
Had a full bike fit and purchased a recommended saddle following my measurements. A few changes to my bike set up have made a huge impact. Completed a 85 mile ride experiencing no sit bone pain, numbness in hands massively reduced and an all round better riding experience. Cannot recommend the set up at the store highly enough.
Excellent service, Great prices. Friendly staff. They managed to fit my bike in and get everything done ready for my trip up to Isle of Bute
