My mom's passing in December 2023 made us realize that my wife and I didn't have a Financial Durable Power of Attorney that is required for many of the activities that take place after death. This guy is a total JOKE and has made the probate process A NIGHTMARE. It has been well over a year, and the estate finalization still isn't complete. He told my wife, "I took on too much work and had to stop accepting clients". How is that our fault?? His fees aren't fair for the miniscule amount of work he does put in.
