Ron Dalla were amazing for our wedding, 10/10 would return and would recommend to others! We recently got married in the Hunter Valley and bought our grooms and groomsmen suits and accessories through Ron Dalla. Our dress code for the wedding was black tie. Went to try on a pair on a pair of RM William boots today . Seemes like a massive hassle to staff then had staff roll their eyes and glare at another staff member whilst trying on boots. Whilst at ron dalla, the staff member was reluctant to let us try on other sizes incase we didn't buy the product there. After the rude treatment we recieved, we went to morgan and clay where they could not be more helpful and clearly know more about customer service. Extremely over priced and terrible quality clothing your better of going to kmart or target save your money and never go there trust me you'd save heaps.
Horrible service. Need a set of shoes but wouldn't help. Never shopping here again
