I took my couch cushion in 5 weeks ago to get the top of the cushion replaced. they called me today to come pick it up. the color was supposed be matched with Maroon. it was not. cushion had the whole cover replaced with a brown color. does not match. Took five weeks to get the two week job done extremely inferior work. I could have done a better job myself and I have never had a class in upholstery. If he could not do the job why not just say so up front.
