Great experience in getting our all in one setup on our investment property!
The all in one 1st position loan is great. But Ron is amazing. At one point, there was a hurricane squarely hitting where he was at, and he responded to my emails and even called me. His follow through and attention to detail are also noteworthy! We ran into a snag with our credit score and he was able to form a plan and get us over the hump. Ron and his team are awesome! I can text him and he gets back to me within a few minutes time depending on sensitivity of what's needed. His team is also very accessible, phone, text, e-mail, etc.. He got me a HELOC in the amount that was more than I thought I could be qualified for.
