Thank you Ron Andrews for sending the most wonderful, caring and knowledgeable nurse whom came and did an amazing job showing me how to properly use the CPAP Machine; which has MIRACULOUSLY changed my entire life after suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea for over 20 years. As a Tile Contractor my job is not easy therefore I noticed the significant changes in my lifestyle immediately! I am forever grateful in my promise to take the best care of this CPAP Machine!
Company refuses to issue a proper invoice that has their NPI, CPT, EIN and Device Code on it. As a result, I can't submit it to insurance. And similar to the other reviewers, they don't return any phone calls whatsoever, and never answer the phone. They provided me a portable oxygen concentrator, but they refused to bill traditional medicare -- even with proper documentation so I had to pay $150 out of my own pocket for a concentrator on a one week contract. Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff - effective and efficient trouble shooting - and the price for replacement parts was extremely fair. From the person who answered the phone to the people in shop who handled replacement, every single one was warm and friendly. Easy experience - highly recommend!
