We have been going to Ron and Associates for 20+ years. Very disappointed in their service this year. Went there on February 27th to file our taxes. Leah was our tax preparer. She said that they could not e file until next week when they got their number from the IRS. She charged my 180.00 and it took less than 30 minutes. Been going here for a few years. Not many problems till this year. We had our appointment in the evening. As we sat down there was a customer that was frustrated about their taxes that came in, and she voiced her frustration. The associate told her she was out of line and it turned into a cussing match, with volume at max. It was very awkward and very unprofessional on behalf of Ron and associates. RON IS IN JAIL. That’s why no one is getting their tax returns submitted and why they haven’t gotten their tax number yet! Below is a copy past from a news article. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE Ronald DiPietro was sentenced to 112 months in prison and three years of supervised release and ordered to pay $4,763,520 in restitution to the United States. I have been a client since 1997. Never had a single issue until this year. It has now been over 6 weeks since I had my tax appointment. Come to find out they have not filed 1 single tax return for anyone due to a tax ID number. They told me on 3 seperate occasions that the issue was resolved and now they say it will be another week. This is unacceptable . A complaint has been filed with the IRS . I could have hand delivered this on foot by now. One more client lost over this years fiasco .

Told us after we paid to get taxes done they couldn't file them. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Ron isn't retired!
