Horrible service. Sent in my paper work over a month ago and was told I would get a call back and never did. Last day to file taxes and still no one reached out. Tried calling they had me on hold then hung up on me and did not answer my call afterward. Please don't waste your time with this unprofessional place.

Un verdadero desorden, desorganización este año, 2023! La señora Romilda es algo aparte por que ella hace todo diferente pero sus asistentes hacen todo rushing todo era muy bueno y diferente hace 3 años que era la señora Romilda quien hacia los taxes. Un verdadero desastre este año. Al final terminas hablando con personas que se nota por su todo de voz la frustración que tienen por la mala comunicación y desorden que hay entre asistentes supongo y las personas que atienden el telefono.
