I normally rate this place highly, but have been very disappointed at my last few visits. Today I went to the express lane as only checkout open. I put my basket of 12 items on the counter with my bag. The girl put my bag on the other side of scanner and placed items on counter. I had to pack my own bag. She then wished me a nice day. Two other occasions I went to the normal checkout, asked for my receipt and saw that I had been charged twice for one item.
