Great doctors, and very friendly receptionist. Love their professionalism and ambience
Best healthcare in Turlock. My husband and I have always been treated professionally and thoroughly, with great interest from the staff and medical personnel. We've always received quality healthcare. Romeo Medical is one of the top things we'll miss when we move out of state.
Nasty service from front end staff and their coordinators
The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in an office setting. When I mentioned that I couldn’t hear what she was explaining because she was speaking so quickly, she rolled her eyes. Her demeanor was very unpleasant, and the entire interaction felt unwelcoming. Zero stars in my opinion
