Nasty service from front end staff and their coordinators
The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in an office setting. When I mentioned that I couldn’t hear what she was explaining because she was speaking so quickly, she rolled her eyes. Her demeanor was very unpleasant, and the entire interaction felt unwelcoming. Zero stars in my opinion
